Prevented Planting notice within 72 hours of the final planting date if there is no intention to plant the insured crop during the late planting period.
Claims- Report by phone any damage of insured crop within 72 hours of discovery and confirmed by insured in writing within 15 days
Loss of Production or Damage: report by unit for planted crops within 72 hours of discovery but not later than 15 days after the end of the insurance period, even if the crop has not been harvested.
Loss of Revenue Protection Only: Notice must be given no later than 45 days after the latest date the harvest price is released.
